2. Quick Guide for Users & Members
- How do points work? Depending on your group’s setup, there are two modes:
- Results Mode: Earn up to 8 points for an exact score. You also score for picking the winner/draw (3 pts) or individual goals (1 pt home / 1 pt away).
- 1X2 Mode: Earn 1 point for correctly picking the trend (Home Win, Draw, or Away Win).
- How late can I change my prediction? Until the last second! The platform allows you to edit your prediction right before the official kickoff of each match. Once the match starts, the system automatically locks editing for transparency.
- Issues with my Usage License: If you made a payment and it’s not reflecting in your tournament, send us the proof of payment and the email associated with your account to activate it immediately.
3. Special Guide for Administrators (Companies & Groups)
- External Prize Management: Remember, Kiniely provides the technology. If your company or group has promised a prize, the delivery logistics are the responsibility of the group administrator.
- Member Privacy: As an administrator, you have access to the standings and names of your members to manage the tournament and workplace climate. Ensure you use this information according to your organization’s policies.
4. Technical Incident Reporting
To help us resolve your issue faster, please include in your email:
- Kiniely account email.
- Platform used (Web browser, iPhone, or Android).
- Brief description: What were you trying to do and what happened?
- Useful data: Screenshots of the error or the exact text appearing on the screen.
5. Response Times
- Timeframe: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Note: Cases involving reconciliations with external payment gateways may require additional time.
