• User Content: We are not responsible for opinions, group names, comments, or any user-generated content that may be offensive or inappropriate.

Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of Kiniely shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The user expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may correspond by reason of their present or future domicile.
